Shopping for jeans is not fun but buckle makes it SO MUCH EASIER!!! They have employees everywhere ready to help and get your sizes right. Maria and Destiny were so helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back to this buckle.

My husband and I went it for what we thought was a simple return and ended up being complicated because of another store. I love buckle jeans and recently ordered 6 pairs online, one of the six didnt end up being a style I loved so I took them to the store to return and was reminded of exactly why I NEVER shop there in person. I barely had one foot in the door before a sales associate was greeting me asking what I was shopping for, I stated that I was just in to do a return on a pair of jeans and wasn’t planning to purchase anything else. Why is that not enough for your employees? She then began to offer me other jeans I told her I had just bought several pairs and didn’t want anymore she then pivoted to try and get me to purchase shorts. I had to practically get rude with her to get her to back off. I then went to the register and was met with the same pressuring sales tactics from the person at the register. I don’t want to be bullied into buying. Shopping should be fun but every time I go into the store, I get borderline harassed. It’s ridiculous. I will never go into the store again especially after today
