Incredibly kind and caring staff, they're so knowledgeable about their products and really make what's a difficult experience more comfortable and comforting. I'm really glad that I went there, as I hit 40 years old in the last 4 years My bust has went from small to quite large and it was such a positive experience going to the store to get measured and find the right size. Bra shopping is right behind bathing suit shopping as my most dreaded thing to do! Today a woman named Julianna made it a truly pleasant and fun experience. She was professional yet bubbly and fun. She really knew her stuff and made honest suggestions and before I knew it I had 2 comfortable and well fitted bras. She is a great asset to Soma !

The two ladies I had the pleasure of doing business with tonight were incredible. I went in having a major issue with purchases I had begrudgingly made at a different location. They listened to everything I had to say, did not upsell me or force me to buy anything NOT in my size. They were so kind, understanding, and exuded positivity. I felt as if they wanted me to be there, and most importantly that they wanted to solve my problem—and not just stick me with something and rush me out the door.
As someone with a retail management background this interaction struck me as genuine, I would be proud to have them on my team. I will be going to ONLY this store out of any of the choices on Long Island.

I hadn’t bought a new underwire bra in three years, and Courtney was more than up to the challenge to help me! She was so attentive, and worked with me to troubleshoot what I tried on til we got to my perfect size and style. I’m so appreciative of her customer service, and the store itself was welcoming and comfortable.

I am writing this review in regards to the experience I had this evening at SOMA in the Smith Haven Mall. I made an appointment to be fitted and Juliana and Arianna both greeted me with the most welcoming smiles, Juliana assisted me with the fitting and finding literally the perfect bras on the first try which is quite the challenge since I have a larger chest bra fittings can be daunting. Juliana found me so many beautiful perfect fitting bras, once I left the fitting room I couldn't help but smile there's good customer but the ladies both Juliana and Ariana at SOMA are truly something special they made this dreaded task so fun and enjoyable they really made me and my mom feel at home! Then went above and beyond and out of this universe to make the experience PERFECT! As a first time SOMA customer I will most definitely be a loyal one now due to the outstanding customer service, quality products, and overall everything was AMAZING!!! Thank you so much to those lovely ladies!!!!

I enjoy coming here to see the items and the usually the customer service is awesome. The quality is very good and I enjoy shopping here. The only thing is they don’t honor coupons or flyers that the company gives during the “current promotion”. Having worked in retail, companies know promotions before they are implemented and when they are sending the flyers. I’m feeling a bit deceived by employees working there as I went home and guess what! Same promotion and the flyer was honored online. It’s too bad as I will now buy online knowing it will be cheaper than going in person.

Amanda the manager acts like the mask police. With no one around me she told me I had to raise my mask…which I was wearing, higher on my nose. My mask was covering my mouth and my nostrils.

If you want to be yelled at while shopping for panties go there while she is working. I felt targeted and harassed by her. I have shopped at soma for years. And I called customer service about the incident and I’m still waiting to hear back from them (it’s been two days) I would have expected a phone call by now! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
