I have been shopping at this size store since 2021, staff are really friendly and really helpful. I am a uk 12 and everytime i go to look for shoes, the staff are super helpful! I have bought meany shoes from there and never once have i been disrespected. Most of these people giving 1 stars must have never been to a busy shoe store before

Very nice Store in Edinburgh, normal Prices and very nice people working there. (Little Tipp: if you are a student just ask for a little discount and in exchange for a stundent card you will get another 20% off)

The service was first class. The guy who served me was patient, informative and it felt like nothing was too much bother for him. I have a disability and getting trainers to fit around a permanently swollen ankle can be difficult. I tried on 4 pairs and looked at much more. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and if he didn't know something he'd check it out with his colleagues. It's great to be served by someone who is obviously into trainers and the ethos behind Size? For the fantastic service alone I was determined not to leave without a purchase and am delighted by the quality and price. The sales assistant even took the time to write the name down of a pair I liked but they hadn't got in my size. I will return to get them. Thanks for a great experience. It's not always what I get being disabled. So it was much appreciated.

First time shopping here and won't be doing so again.

The only reason I came into Edinburgh today was to pick up my order.
I got to the shop to be told they've given my order to somebody else and basically said I'm going to have to wait and see whether that person decides to bring it back into the store.
How can something like this happen?

They had my contact information but made no attempt to contact me to inform me of the situation.

Not at all happy and as I said, won't be shopping there again.

Went and bought a kick*** sweater and pair of shoes from them at an affordable price, while also leaving my bag there. I called them up the next day and they had it ready for me to pick up 🙂

If you want to loose something, loose it at size, if you want to buy something, buy it at size 🙂
