1. Kelsa I believe was her name was awesome! She was quick with measurements and made sure I was taken care of. She assured me that the tux would arrive within 3 days before wedding. Professional and good at what she does.

2. Nice organized place and easy to navigate the store

3. Nice workers and staff that were there to assist me.

4. Price is reasonable and I was thinking it would be a lot more. She also included a 60 dollar discount!

5. I believe I was in and out within 10 mins! Kelsa made this process feel less daunting.

Will recommend my brother to come to this location!

I came in to the Frederick MD location needing a new suit for a funeral the next morning. The salesperson seemed to know exactly what I needed. It was almost like he read my mind. I ended up getting a beautiful Kenneth Cole suit. I couldn’t be happier.

This was a fantastic experience today. walked in because I'm on a business trip and needed a suit very quickly. I can tell everyone on the main area working there was already working with a customer. So not 3 mins later Lisa came out the back employees only area and greeted me. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. She recommended a great suit according to my build. While I was test fitting in dressing room, Lisa was multiasking helping another customer. During that another sales rep that i didnt catch his name, greeted me right out of the dressing room and continue helping me.
Then Lisa came right back and helped me work with seamstress. So i didnt feel at all left out or behind.

Overall AWESOME experience, if I lived here locally, I would definitely come back.

If people are looking for a quality suit, sales representatives that are smooth and efficient, plus alterations on site.... highly recommend visiting this location.

Also don't be concerned that this location is not as large as others...like industrial warehouse size...the had plenty of quality clothes and shoes selection.

Just showed up today needing a new suit for the following day after mine ripped. CW, Mark, and the other taller guy with fantastic facial hair (sorry I can’t remember the name) came rushing over to get me an all new outift. And they did it in under an hour!

Plus I’m also 6’6, with 52” jacket and a 4x tall shirt. So this is gotta be some kind of record. It is for me at least. they nailed it and I will come back to this location for the next wedding outfit

Don't trust this location with your big day. Went in for a tux shirt. Taken care of by what seemed to be a very knowledgeable, adult sales person. Measured me, grabbed the shirt off of the wall and proclaimed "This is the last one we have in your size." He took the shirt up to the front, rung us up, and threw it in the bag. In hindsight I should have looked in the bag. When I got to the wedding site and tried to get dressed 1 1/2 hours before my son's wedding I found out the shirt was the wrong size and wouldn't even come close to buttoning. They have graciously allowed me to exchange the shirt. ( Which I already did ) A half-hearted apology and an exchange for screwing me on my son's big day just doesn't cut it.

Needed a Suit for a Funeral ASAP. Stopped in the Frederick location. Jeffrey greeted me immediately. Showed me some options, got me fitted and had my suit tailored within 2 hours. No BS, no games, an accommodating young Man that got me in and out. I appreciate the great service. Keep it up!
