No I am not satisfied with the service at all....
They have such a big name in Nagpur but the service is very very bad..
Owner is very rude and blouse stiching staff don't know how to stitch the blouse.
They have only 1aunty who takes your measurements... And do not write how you want your blouse to be stiched ?
Then every day she will call you to irritate you at anytime, day or night to confirm if you want this type of blouse. She took 25k from me for my marriage blouse and not even single blouse done right.
And yes ,she will always give your blouse 10 days delay.

The vallet parking drivers they are parking on both side of roads creating nuisance to the residential colony towards Sindhi Guru'sangat and Muslim Library all residents are facing the above issues

If this is not properly handled we will report

your valet parking drivers to park vehicle without giving trouble to residential area

The collection here is always latest , the colours are the trendiest , the fabric is fabulous .
Whenever I visit , feels like a huge wonderland with the most amazing collection of clothes .
The owners are a very prompt and enthusiast couple who make sure everything goes around smoothly .

Worst service ever. Owner is good but the staff behaviour is highly disappointing.
My personal experience.
1)I bought dress for my sister for ₹7590 , on 6 oct 2020, and was given to them for alteration
On the receipt the 10th oct 2020 delivery date was promised.
2) On 12th I contacted them for first time as I neither received any courier tracking id nor the product. The staff said they failed to courier and will send it following day.
3) again between 13-18 oct I contacted multiple times and after huge ruckus they finally shifted product on 22nd oct.
4) Finally the day arrived and parcel was delivered today on 26th october 2020.

Here comes the conclusion.
It was a huge disappointment.
They haven't done any alteration work on the dress and sent it as it is.
The dress was packed badly

Went to buy an outfit for my wife... neither did they suggest me a very trendy outfit but they were very patient and cooperative at the same time... my wife loved the piece as well... best place to buy in Nagpur... hands down
